1001Software engages itself to carry out these terms of a contract and stipulates
the following conditions during the term of a contract. It is understood that each contract will
modify these terms and conditions to some extent so that both parties can be satisfied with the
following contract stipulations.

We guarantee the highest levels of protection for the data received from our customers.
We are ready to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreement in any form that the customer desires.
Property Rights for Produced Materials
All materials, produced by 1001Software in
the course of project, e.g. software, source
code, data structures, documentation, design options,
etc., fully belong to the customer.
1001Software is obliged not to use
the materials produced in the course of this project
in the fulfillment or execution of orders for other
clients.
After project completion all materials will be
transferred to the customer, and after the end of the 30 day support period
and the customer's confirmation of the project's end, all electronic and hard copies
of this data will be purged.
We are ready to consider additional conditions
pertinent to our customer's ownership rights.
Warranty and Product Maintenance
- Common. 1001Software guarantees that the
final product version complies fully with the initial
project specifications.
- 30 days cost-free bug fixing. 1001Software
offers customers 30 days of cost-free support and bug
fixing. This 30 day period begins after the final product
release to the customer. During this time all bugs found by the
customer will be fixed free of charge. The final release occurs
only once the customer is satisfied that the work is completed.
- Product maintenance. If necessary, we will offer the
customer paid support services for a completed product,
like the modification of the product or the creation of
successive versions. Other tasks that might fall under this
category are product setup, customization, and
administration on the Customer's servers.
- Support team. Bug fixing and product support are
carried out by the same specialists who participated
in the project's development, therefore, these
tasks will be completed with maximum speed and quality.

Customer Interaction During Project Development
The primary mode of communication with the customer during the project will be e-mail.
Telephone conversations, teleconferences and real-time Internet chat (ICQ, etc) are
also available as communication tools. When necessary, it might be possible to organize
visits of specialists to the customer site or vice-versa.
- Language of interaction. All interactions with a client are carried
out in English.
- Time of interaction. Interaction between the customer and the 1001Software
project team can take place from 8:00 AM GMT to 16:00 PM GMT (from 4:00 AM EST to
12:00 PM EST). Therefore it is possible to allocate convenient interaction time
slots both for USA and European customers. We guarantee that any mail received
from the customer during this time slot will be processed immediately.
- Project progress.
1001Software is ready to supply the customer with any data on the state
of the project. Based on our experience, we believe that the best means
for such interaction are regular reports and conferences, as well as
sending the intermediate results to the customer for evaluation.
- Regular reports.
1001Software is ready to supply the customer with regular reports
(daily, once every three days, weekly, etc.) on the state of any part of the project
at any level of detail.
- Regular conferences.
1001Software is ready to hold regular, real-time conferences (once every three days, weekly,
etc.) with a Customer, in order to provide detailed reports on the
state of the project, and to discuss questions the customer might have.
- Intermediate output.
1001Software is ready to provide the customer with
intermediate product versions on a weekly basis, or any other schedule that
the customer desires.
We understand that solid communication between our teams is the cornerstone
of a successful project, therefore we will work to create an
interaction schedule the is most convenient the customer.
